IWI Watch Sales

IWI Watches are mostly made to order. We often make a watch specifically for the customer ordering the watch although we do have a limited selection of watches available for immediate purchase.

We have no production line, no automation, just the skills of true artisans whose passion it is to make time for you, our customer. The process usually takes around two weeks from receipt of the order depending on the specification of the watch. We like to sell our watches through direct contact with one of our team and we like to get to know our customers a little, that way we know we can accommodate each and every customer's specific requirements.

Every customer is treated individually and every watch is matched to that customer. Maybe you need a shorter strap as you have slim wrists, a longer strap or a strap that isn't leather. Anything is possible with IWI Watches. Our customers are as individual as our watches and, of course, they are all true connoisseurs. At IWI Watches we endeavour to provide the best and most knowledgeable sales and after sales service possible.

Each watch comes with an individually signed certificate from our CEO, signed only when he is satisfied that the watch meets the exacting standards of an IWI Watch. Mediocrity is not a word in the IWI dictionary and is not tolerated. Every IWI Watch is guaranteed for 24 months from date of purchase against any manufacturing defect.
