IWI Watches are made to order by hand, making a watch specifically for the customer ordering the watch. The process takes around two weeks from receipt of the order.  We like to sell our watches direct from the IWI workshop in Darwen, Lancashire, that way we know we can accommodate every customers specific requirements. IWI Watches come with a 30 day no quibble money back guarantee, we've not had one back yet!

Every IWI watch can be made as a bespoke option, change of strap, strap colour, contrast stitching, diamonds, rubies, sapphires and even paint effects. These obviously come at a little higher price, but you get a truly individual watch, just like buying a bespoke suit on Savile Row.

Every customer is treated individually and every watch is matched to that customer, maybe you need a shorter strap as you have slim wrists, a longer a strap or a strap that isn't leather if you're a vegan. Anything is possible with IWI Watches. We just want you to be happy and we will endeavour to make sure that this happens.

Every IWI watch is guaranteed for 24 months from date of purchase against any manufacturing defect.

What is the difference with an IWI Watch? Why you should buy and IWI Watch?

Each IWI watch is individually built, finished, inspected and tested by Ian Walsh. This is not a mass market watch making business, you are buying a watch that has been built by hand, inspected and tested by the man who founded the company and designed the watches. You get an individually signed certificate from Ian, signed only when he has completed all the necessary steps to be certain that the watch meets his exacting standards.

If you are in a hurry and time is of the essence, then we will try to accommodate you and speed up the process to make watch for you. Alternatively we do have a very limited supply of watches available for immediate purchase if you can't wait for a watch to be made.
